Voice Actor Rebecca Haugh leads ’Biz Chat’ with a round-table of VO folks chatting about mostly the business aspects of VO careers. Every Monday except holidays, it’s a working session where we share wins, challenges, and discuss the business side of things for about 40 mins. Topics include personal experiences shared about marketing, invoicing, contracts, CRM, industry events, and social media, challenges, etc. These standard biz chats are not recorded. VO Influencer started in January 2025. On the final Biz Chat Monday of each month, Rebecca hosts a guest VO Influencer to chat about their specialty for about 40 mins, with Q&A from attendees about 10 mins after the start. This element of Biz Chat is recorded and released as ’VO Influencer’, distributed in audio via the Love that Voiceover podcast RSS, and here on YouTube in video format. 🗓 Biz Chat Mondays (except holidays) lasts about 40 mins sans guest, 70 mins with guest. ⌚ We start at: 11:30 am est, 10:30 am cntrl, 9:30 am mtn, 8:30 am pac. The original ”Love that VoiceOver” podcast was long form, In-depth convos with VO industry agents, studio owners, producers, casting, Celebrity VO artists and teachers about their unique knowledge, experience and wisdom.

Rick is a former radio personality with almost 30 yrs behind the mic and 16 yrs doing a drive time show in Miami. Swept out of Clear Channel, he searched for his roots and found VO. He is the VOICE of the Minnesota Vikings and a feature voice for NFL FILMS. And More... Today Rick shares the story of how he met and got representation from his agent Mike Shallbetter of DPN, and how it is working at the level he’s at…After some side steps, but persevering, Rick stepped successfully – with professional coaching - into voiceover but...
